SHIPPING POLICY

Dispatch times

All of our orders are hand-packed, and some products are made to order. We aim to dispatch everything within 1-3 working days from ordering. Any orders placed over the weekend will be sent out the following Monday.

 

UK Shipping

We are happy to offer free U.K. shipping on all orders over £65! We currently ship using a 48-hour tracked Royal Mail service.  Any purchases under £65 will have a postage cost of £5.99

 

International Shipping

Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this stage.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Damages and issues

We’re very sorry if your item has arrived damaged, defective or if you receive the wrong item. If that is the case, please send us an email at candice.montano@cesarandcruz.com or you can use the CHAT function within 5 days of receiving your package.

You must include images of the damaged item and packaging, as we will want to look into making sure this doesn’t happen again. We will reship the item out to you free of charge in the event the item was damaged in transit or through a manufacturing error.

Should the item look damaged through fair wear and tear or after delivery, we will be unable to arrange a replacement or refund.

 

Non-refundable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

We are not able to exchange any of the products

Returns

We are happy to accept returns of items purchased from our website within 14 days of receiving your parcel, provided the item is returned unused, in the same condition and in its original packaging.

Please email us at spark@cesarandcruz.com or use the chat function to arrange a return. Unfortunately, we will not be able to cover postage costs for the return or offer a refund on the original shipping cost.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

We will assess your return upon receipt and notify you via email whether we will be able to approve a refund.

Refund of payment

If you are issued a refund, this should reach you within 10 working days to your original method of payment.

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
